How to Add Teams in SportsEngine HQ

  • Sign in to your account and to to “SportsEngine HQ”
  • On the left-hand navigation bar, click USA Volleyball > Governing Seasons
  • Under the Season, Click Teams
  • On the right-hand side of the screen, click the blue plus symbol (+)
  • Fill out the form as required
  • Click Create Team
Roster Additions
 
  1. 1. Teams (juniors and adults) may add players to their roster at any time during the regular season provided:
    • The player is registered or registers as a member of The Regional;
    • The player has not played with another club or team during the regular season;
      • Junior players may change clubs if
        • Both directors of the affected clubs agree in writing to the Commissioner, Junior (Male or Female) Development Chair and the Associate Commissioner
        • Notification of the change takes place prior to February 1st of the current season
        • The signed parties acknowledge that all previous contractual obligations may be enforced
    • If a junior player from outside The Regional, has not competed on a team that has qualified for the Junior National Championship Tournament.
    • If a qualified team for the Junior Olympic Volleyball Championships, the player added is a member of the same club and the team from which the player is switching has not qualified for JOVC. A club may not switch players between two teams that both are qualified for JOVC.
    • The addition to the team meets all requirements as stated for the USAV Junior National Championships, if the team has already qualified.
